Every Accountable Principal

List each person with actual authority and responsibility for safety, compliance, operations or financial integrity, regardless of title. Names and responsibilities are private review information. Each person and the authorized representative must also complete FreightValidate / AU10TIX government ID and facial verification and provide a résumé and applicable biography, headshot and profile materials through the controlled review process. TWIC does not replace these requirements.

Public reporting and application confirmations

Company legal name, trade name, role, scope, applicable business identifiers, application and decision dates, current status, public reason category and dated status history will be public. This includes Pending, Current, Did Not Meet Requirements after the appeal opportunity, Removed, Suspended and Application Closed. Contact details, Accountable Principal records, TWIC evidence and confidential review notes are not public.
