GOVERNING COUNCIL

Apply to serve on the Council.

The Council is being formed. Candidates for the open stakeholder seats may submit an expression of interest. The governance process includes qualifications and conflict review, identity and professional background verification appropriate to the seat, and agreement to the Council’s ethics, confidentiality, competition, and recusal policies. Applicants must sign the individual pledge below. Final appointment requires approved pledge review, identity verification, qualifications and conflict review, and a recorded Council vote. Prior Pledge Signatory or Recognized Participant approval is not required to apply. Submitting this form does not appoint you or create a public listing.

Council service is unpaid and covers advisory work and program membership review. It is not a corporate director or officer appointment. The initial planning estimate is two to four hours per month on average. Read the full service terms and endorsement limits.

I will not knowingly facilitate fraud or serious noncompliance. I will remain accountable, support legitimate drivers and carriers, and work toward continuous improvement and safer roads. I understand that safety and freight integrity are shared responsibilities. Throughout Council service, I will maintain this pledge, disclose relevant conflicts, and comply with the Council’s ethics, confidentiality, competition, and recusal requirements.
