In my individual capacity, I pledge to put lawful compliance and safety before capacity, price, speed, convenience, or profit when a material issue is known. I will verify the identity and qualifications of the people and organizations I rely on, investigate meaningful warning signs, and document my decisions. I will not knowingly facilitate fraud or serious noncompliance. I will remain accountable, support legitimate drivers and carriers, and work toward continuous improvement and safer roads. I understand that safety and freight integrity are shared responsibilities. This pledge is mine personally and does not grant status to my employer or any affiliated organization.

Complete that process on the secure link, not on this website. No pledge or recognition can be approved until verification is confirmed.

A headshot and short biography are not needed at this stage. If your application receives preliminary approval, we will email a secure link to provide them before final approval.

I understand that I or the company’s authorized representative must complete the separate identity verification step before approval. I am authorized to submit this request and the information is truthful and materially complete.

Only the requested entity vetting report may be uploaded here. Do not enter driver records, government ID images, facial images, payment details, or other sensitive evidence. The verification provider will present its notice and consent in the secure verification flow. Evidence review occurs through a controlled process after intake.
