Load Boards

A load board connects parties through freight listings and account access. Its controls should make impersonation, unauthorized postings, and suspicious changes easier to detect and investigate.

These criteria guide evidence review for this role alongside the common Dalilah Standard requirements. Submission does not grant recognition.

Requirements for recognition review

  1. Account identity and authority

Verify the legal business and authorized users before granting posting or booking access. Record the method, date, and outcome; review meaningful changes in ownership, contact details, and account control.

  2. Listing and contact integrity

Identify who created or changed a listing, show the party responsible for the freight, and flag conflicting identities, contact details, payment instructions, or carrier assignments. Remove or restrict material misrepresentations while they are reviewed.

  3. Access and account security

Use strong authentication, role-based access, and a documented process to revoke access when a user leaves or an account is compromised. Protect credentials, private load details, and contact information.

  4. Fraud detection and response

Maintain a way to receive impersonation, double brokerage, cargo theft, and suspicious listing reports. Triage reports promptly, preserve relevant records, and notify affected parties when an actionable compromise is confirmed.

  5. Traceable transaction history

Retain time-stamped records of account verification, listings, material edits, access, complaints, restrictions, and their resolution according to a stated retention policy. Make relevant records available through a lawful and controlled process.

  6. Data quality and corrections

Identify the source and age of outside data used in badges, filters, or warnings. Offer a documented correction and dispute process, and do not present an automated indicator as a government safety rating.

  7. Independent oversight

Document staff responsibilities, periodic control reviews, material incidents, and corrective actions. Disclose conflicts or commercial arrangements that could influence how warnings or listings are presented.

Evidence to prepare

Prepare your account verification policy, sample listing/change audit trail, access-control and incident procedures, complaint workflow, data-source disclosures, and a recent internal review or corrective-action example.

Do not upload sensitive customer, driver, government ID, or shipment records in the initial application. The review team will request evidence through a controlled process.
