Individuals may apply as Pledge Signatories. Businesses and organizations may apply as Pledge Signatories or Recognized Participants. Sole proprietors and independent consultants seeking recognition should choose Company / organization for their business operations. Personal pledges and Council appointments do not recognize an employer, and company status does not automatically apply to its people. No account is required to apply. Individuals and company representatives complete identity verification before approval.

Applying for the Governing Council? Use the Governing Council application to choose a seat and provide the required disclosures. This form is for pledge and recognition requests.

Identity verification

After submission, we will send a secure link by email or text message for government ID and facial verification through FreightValidate and its identity verification partner AU10TIX. Complete that process on the secure link, not on this website. No pledge or recognition can be approved until verification is confirmed.

A headshot and short biography are not needed at this stage. If your application receives preliminary approval, we will email a secure link to provide them before final approval.

I understand that I or the company’s authorized representative must complete the separate identity verification step before approval. I am authorized to submit this request and the information is truthful and materially complete.

Only the requested entity vetting report may be uploaded here. Do not enter driver records, government ID images, facial images, payment details, or other sensitive evidence. The verification provider will present its notice and consent in the secure verification flow. Evidence review occurs through a controlled process after intake.
