Submit a pledge request or an application for evidence based recognition. No account is required. Submission is confidential and does not confer a public status. The authorized representative must complete identity verification before a pledge or recognition can be approved. Role-specific recognition requirements for some applicant types are still being developed. The draft program is not yet accepting final recognition decisions.

Identity verification for the authorized representative

After submission, we will send a secure link by email or text message for government ID and facial verification through FreightValidate and its identity verification partner AU10TIX. Complete that process on the secure link, not on this website. No pledge or recognition can be approved until verification is confirmed.

Do not enter driver records, government ID images, facial images, payment details, or other sensitive evidence here. The verification provider will present its notice and consent in the secure verification flow. Evidence review occurs through a controlled process after intake.
